Return and Refund Policy

At Nature's Components (Hungarian Sausage Ltd.), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item(s), we offer a fair and legally compliant return and refund policy in accordance with UK Consumer Rights legislation.

1. Your Right to Cancel (Distance Selling Regulations)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the goods. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing via email at [email protected]. Once notified, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

2. Condition of Returned Goods

Returned items must:

• Be unused and in their original condition
• Include all original packaging and labels
• Be returned at your own cost and risk

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or make a partial refund if returned goods are not in resaleable condition.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will issue a refund within 14 days via the original payment method. Refunds include the cost of the item and the basic delivery charge. Enhanced delivery options (e.g. express shipping) are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receipt. We may request photographs and offer:

• A replacement
• A full refund
• A partial refund (in agreement with you)

We will cover the return postage for faulty or incorrect items.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:

• Opened or used personal care products
• Custom or personalised items
