Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

3. Delivery Estimates

• UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
• UK Express Delivery: 1–2 working days

4. Delivery Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method. We may offer free delivery promotions from time to time.

Orders over £60 qualify for free standard UK delivery.

5. Tracking & Couriers

Most orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

6. Delays & Non-Delivery

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us. In cases of courier delays or lost parcels, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
